Elaine will share her leadership journey from fundraising for global causes to directing philanthropic giving at the largest charitable gift fund in the world. Miriam Droller, Elaine will share insights on philanthropic trends that are especially relevant for fundraising professionals based on her firsthand experience with wealthy donors and families. Using the principles of emergent leadership, Elaine will offer a roadmap for achieving professional fulfillment while celebrating the development profession.
